With architect Dane Kasunic, we created buildings with a unique monochromatic articulated cubic facade, in which the highly considered elements work together in harmony to create a unique sense of character and appeal, an instant stand-out. The HENTY residences have been thoughtfully designed for owner-occupiers seeking an urban lifestyle close to the Braddon centre and the CBD. The light-filled spaces within, were designed to entail features typical of modern living: high ceilings, full height glazing, generous kitchens and bathrooms, outdoor areas linked to internal living areas and intelligent storage to maximise the use of space.
